Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibrant Tools at tools.vibrantdigital.net (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered account holders.

Vibrant Tools is a product of Vibrant Digital, a digital and technology services agency based in Sri Lanka (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Description of Service

Vibrant Tools provides free web-based business document tools including invoice generators, quotation generators, and related utilities. The Platform is designed for freelancers and small-to-medium businesses. Features include PDF generation, email delivery, document history, and client management.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice. We may introduce premium features in the future; any paid features will be clearly communicated before purchase.

3. Account Registration

To save documents and access the dashboard, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform through your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vibrant Tools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices or quotations
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions or tax fraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the Platform
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure or other users’ access
• Attempt to access another user’s data or account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on the Platform — including your business information, client data, invoices, quotations, and uploaded logos. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you create or send through the Platform. We do not review the content of your documents and are not responsible for any errors, disputes, or liabilities arising from documents you generate.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform code, design, branding, and original content (excluding user-generated content) is the intellectual property of Vibrant Digital and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Vibrant Tools name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Vibrant Digital.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vibrant Tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

The Platform is a document generation tool only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for matters relating to your business finances, tax obligations, and legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibrant Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@vibrantdigital.net. Upon deletion, your account data and all associated documents will be permanently removed.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, without prior notice and without liability to you. We may also discontinue the Platform entirely; in such case, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify signed-in users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
