Can I bill clients by hourly rate?
Yes. The line items table lets you set a description (e.g. "Design work — 8 hours"), a quantity, and a unit price. For hourly billing, enter the number of hours as the quantity and your hourly rate as the unit price. The total is calculated automatically. You can add as many line items as you need on a single invoice.
Can I invoice international clients in USD or EUR?
Yes. Vibrant Tools supports LKR, USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD. When creating an invoice for an international client, simply select their preferred currency from the dropdown. You can have different currencies on different invoices — there is no need to switch accounts or tools.
How do I look professional as a freelancer?
