Can I track which invoices have been paid?
Yes. From your dashboard, you can update each invoice's status: Draft, Sent, Paid, or Overdue. The dashboard displays a real-time summary of your total invoiced amount, total paid, outstanding balance, and overdue total — giving you a clear picture of your business cash flow.
Is there a limit on the number of invoices I can create?
No. Vibrant Tools imposes no limits on the number of invoices, clients, or quotations. Whether you send 5 invoices a month or 500, the tool is free and unlimited. There are no tiers, no usage caps, and no upgrade prompts.
Can I add my business logo to invoices?
Yes. Upload your business logo through the Business Profile settings. Your logo appears in the top-left corner of every invoice PDF and the live preview. A logo makes your invoices look polished and reinforces your brand every time a client opens a document.
How do I keep track of outstanding payments?
The Invoices dashboard shows a summary card for outstanding invoices — these are invoices marked as "Sent" that haven't been paid yet. You can also mark invoices as "Overdue" when a payment deadline has passed. This gives you an at-a-glance view of who owes you money.
Can I send invoices directly from the tool?
Yes. Once an invoice is saved, click "Send to Client" to email it directly to your client as a PDF attachment. You can also share a WhatsApp message with a direct link, or copy a shareable link to send however you prefer. Each invoice has a unique public URL your client can view without logging in.
